An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that searches are being conducted in 09 places in various locations of J&K. He said that searches were underway and further details will be shared accordingly. At least 13 people died in a massive blast that ripped through a car near Delhi iconic Red Fort area last year.
